Hi there! I am Nick "Nickky" Shchetko (Mikalai Shchatsko) from Belarus and it`s my pleasure to welcome you to my "web lair" – Nickky.com! It`s a bit bloggish web-playground – place for my webdev-experiments and some useful/useless information.
I`m an ICT-journalist, editor, analyst, developer (Mobile, Web), translator, local ICT market expert... well, yes. And not only! Though I have graduated from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (Radio Engineering), my field of interest lies where ICT meets media (some people call it "new media"). I posess diverse social media experience – from FIDOnet to Google+. I am also keen on mobile development (Android) and web-development (LAMP).
Full-featured English-version of the site is yet to be created. Though, you could either check some blog posts here in English or use Google Translate for browsing the site to get at least general idea of what`s in there.

I enjoy music (both playing myself and listening to), reading, taking pictures, travelling & meeting people. Other hobbies include canoeing, volleyball, table tennis.
